Frequently asked questions.

Which devices do your apps work with?

Our apps work with Roku streaming devices and Roku TVs on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Screen mirroring also supports most Chromecast, AirPlay, and smart-TV setups.

Do I need to be on the same Wi-Fi as my TV?

Yes. Your phone and your Roku need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network so the apps can discover and connect to your TV automatically.

Is screen mirroring free?

You can download and start using our apps for free. Some advanced features are available through an optional subscription, but core casting and remote control are free.

Why can't the app find my TV?

Make sure both devices are on the same network, that your Roku is powered on, and that network device discovery isn't blocked by your router. Restarting both the app and your TV resolves most connection issues.

Do you collect my data?

We keep casting on your local network and collect as little as possible. We never sell your personal data. See our privacy policy for the full details.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. Open your device's subscription settings to cancel anytime — you'll keep access until the period ends.
